Privacy Policy
How Al-Falah Unity handles information in its read-only private member record service.

1. Who this service is for
Al-Falah Unity is a private, membership-based record viewer. It provides read-only access to information maintained by Al-Falah Unity. Members cannot initiate payments, transfers, investments, purchases, deposits, withdrawals, approvals, submissions, or any other financial activity through the app. Accounts are issued by Al-Falah Unity; public registration is unavailable.
2. Information we process
•
Account and identity information, including member ID, name, contact details, date of birth, address, membership status, and profile photo when provided.
•
Read-only private fund records, including contributions recorded outside the app, payment history, dues, statements, expense allocations, transaction status, and related organization records.
•
Authentication and security information, including password verification, session tokens, login events, and account-security changes.
•
Notification information, including push token, device platform, time zone, permission status, and notification preferences.
•
Technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as error details, request timestamps, and basic device or network information made available to our systems.
3. How we use information
•
Authenticate members and provide secure access to their records.
•
Display statements, contribution history, balances, dues, expenses, and organization information.
•
Send requested payment reminders, account notices, and service notifications.
•
Display internal fund records maintained outside the member app, provide member support, prevent misuse, and protect account security.
•
Meet applicable accounting, tax, legal, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information, serve advertising, or use member data for cross-app tracking. Information may be available to authorized Al-Falah Unity administrators and trusted service providers that operate our hosting, data storage, email, and push-notification infrastructure. Those providers process information only to deliver services for us and are expected to protect it. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect members or the organization, or during a lawful organizational transfer.
5. Storage, security, and retention
Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Authentication tokens are stored using device security features where available. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain membership and fund records while an account is active and as needed for accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, audit, and dispute purposes. Records no longer required are deleted or de-identified under our retention practices.
6. Your choices and rights

Notifications are optional and can be disabled in device settings.
•
You may request access to, correction of, or a copy of your personal information.
•
You may request account closure and deletion by emailing alfalahunity@gmail.com. Because accounts represent private membership and financial records, some records may be retained where required for lawful accounting, audit, security, or dispute purposes.
•
Signing out removes the active session from the app. Contact support if a device or account may be compromised.
7. Children and international access
This service is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly offer public accounts to children. Information may be processed where our organization or service providers operate. We apply this policy to that processing and use safeguards required by applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Privacy questions, rights requests, and complaints may be sent to alfalahunity@gmail.com.
