Rules for authorized members using the Al-Falah Unity read-only private record viewer.

1. Private member service
Al-Falah Unity provides this app and website only to authorized members of its private organization. Service is a read-only viewer for contributions, expenses, statements, dues, and related records maintained by Al-Falah Unity. It is not offered to general public and is not a bank, investment adviser, broker, lender, insurer, payment service, or transaction platform.
2. Eligibility and account access

Use requires an active account issued or approved by Al-Falah Unity.
•
You must provide accurate information and use only your own account.
•
Keep your member ID, password, and device secure. Notify support promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
•
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
•
We may restrict, suspend, or close access when membership ends, records require review, security is at risk, or these terms are violated.
3. Read-only fund information
App only displays internal records supplied or approved by Al-Falah Unity. Members cannot create, edit, delete, submit, approve, or perform any financial activity through app. App cannot initiate payments, transfers, deposits, withdrawals, purchases, investments, or transactions. Displayed balances, statements, due dates, expense figures, and transaction statuses are informational records and may be corrected by Al-Falah Unity after reconciliation. Formally approved organization records control if any conflict exists.
4. Acceptable use

Do not access another member’s information or share private fund records without authorization.
•
Do not probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, automate abuse of, or bypass security controls in the service.
•
Do not upload malicious content, impersonate another person, falsify records, or use the service unlawfully.
•
Do not copy or commercially exploit the service, branding, or private organization content without permission.
5. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security events, or record review may interrupt access. We may update features, correct records, change these terms, or discontinue parts of the service. Material changes will receive reasonable notice when appropriate.
6. Ownership and third-party services
Al-Falah Unity and its licensors retain rights in the app, website, branding, design, and organization content. Members retain rights they may have in information they submit. Hosting, email, device operating systems, app stores, and notification delivery may rely on third-party services governed by their own terms.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every displayed record is free from delay or error. Al-Falah Unity is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized account sharing, unsupported devices, third-party outages, or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Account closure and disputes
Members may request account closure by contacting alfalahunity@gmail.com. Closing app access does not erase legitimate membership, accounting, audit, legal, or dispute records that Al-Falah Unity must retain. Questions or disputes should first be sent to support so the organization can review its records. Applicable law where Al-Falah Unity operates governs these terms, without limiting mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
